Install mediawiki as main web for fresh start. Then in future custom web should be created.	Done
Setup Universe portal URL (libredevelop.zdechov.net/universe/). There are few similar systems but these doesn't meet requested criteria. Is it possible to use some open source projects from these listed on wikipedia. Selection of existed project would affect later migration to custom system. System should be implemented finally in Delphi language ||
